This is a clean 67 Chevelle Malibu convertible, done in its factory Marina Blue, basecoat clearcoat, at time of restoration had new tinted windshield; all side glass is factory original in very good condition, new white convertible top – which is manual; plastic rear window in excellent condition, all window stainless is original in very good condition, new weather stripping and window felts, original door handles in good condition, new side view mirrors, original grill and headlight bezels in excellent condition, re-chromed front bumper, new wheel well moldings; as well as rocker moldings, at time of restoration had new taillight bezels and tail panel moldings, original rear bumper – showing a little age, in good condition.
Dash has been refinished, all new dash bezels, original instrument cluster – showing 58,901, nicely outfitted with direct-fit AM/FM stereo, custom Grant steering wheel, new front and rear door panels; as well as armrest, new convertible side panels, new front and rear seat covers, updated front and rear seatbelts, new carpet, deluxe floor mats, original sill plates.
Under the hood we have a rebuilt 283, updated ignition, heavy duty radiator with correct shroud and fan, power steering, factory exhaust manifolds into 2 1/2 inch dual exhaust out the back in stock location, this strong running 283 is backed up with a Saginaw 4 speed trans, Hurst shifter, 10 bolt limited slip rear, new fuel tank and sending unit; as well as fuel and brake lines.
Rides on a set of 15 inch Rally wheels 15×7 up front and 15×8 out back with flat caps and Cooper Cobra Radials all around.
