This is a very cool 61 Chevrolet Biscayne, clean Texas car that has had a complete frame off nut and bolt restoration, done in very slick Burgundy Metallic basecoat clearcoat, sanded and wheeled smooth, at time of restoration had new windshield and side glass, back glass is factory original, new window rubbers, weather striping and window felts, new side view mirror, new door handles, grill and headlight bezels are original in excellent condition, front bumper has been re-chromed, new deck lid emblem, taillight housings are original in excellent condition, new taillight lens, rear bumper has also been re-chromed.
2 tone gray factory type interior, all garnish moldings and dash have been refinished, dash bezel and trim have been reconditioned, original gauges in good working condition, speedo showing 77,000 miles, original steering wheel in excellent condition, new wiring, new visors and headliner, front and rear door panels were custom made using factory materials, new window cranks and handles, new front arm rest, front and rear seats were also reupholstered, new carpet, floor mats and still plates, original type 4 speed shifter.
Under the hood we have a rebuilt 409, factory Winters aluminum intake, nicely outfitted with Edelbrock 4 barrel carb with electric choke, factory type ignition, chrome valve covers, factory breather, rebuilt generator, nicely updated with aluminum original appearing radiator, correct shroud and fan, front suspension has been gone through; as well as brake system, factory exhaust manifolds into 2 1/2 inch dual Flowmaster exhaust out the back in stock location, this strong running 409 is backed up with its original 4 speed trans; which has been gone through, new clutch and pressure plate, factory rear; which was rebuilt, new fuel tank and sending unit.
Rides on a set of 15 inch steel wheels with dog dish hub caps, new radial tires all around.
