This is a “Super Cool” 66 Chevelle SS Resto-Mod that has under gone a custom build, done in a “Show Quality” LeMans Blue, basecoat clearcoat, sanded smooth, slick as glass, at time of build had new tinted windshield; all other glass is factory original softray tint in very good condition, new weather stripping and window felts, original window stainless moldings in excellent condition, SS louvers have been replaced; as well hood ornament, hood molding, fender eyebrows and valance moldings are new, original grill in excellent condition; as well as headlight bezels, re-chromed front bumper, new fender emblems, wheel well and rocker moldings are new, side view mirror and door handles have also been replaced, tail panel and taillight moldings are new, new taillight lens, re-chromed rear bumper.
Factory black bucket seat console interior, original dash pad in excellent condition, new dash bezels, nicely updated with Dakota Classic Instrumentation with full gauge package, retro-fit AM/FM stereo with IPOD capability, front and rear speakers, Vintage AC and heat, nicely updated with Flaming River tilt steering column, 3 spoke sport wheel, Lokar accelerator pedal, new headliner and sail panels, new front and rear door panels; as well as arm rest and bases, original rear seat in very good condition, front seats appear to be reupholstered, front and rear seat belts, original center console in excellent condition; which has been updated with a direct fit shifter that works correctly with the 4LE80 trans, new carpet and custom floor mats, new sill plates.
Under the hood we have a fresh professionally built 6.2 LS3, Texas Speed cam, 823 cylinder heads, ARP head bolts, Cometic head gaskets, complete Fitech fuel inject system, Fitech sheet metal intake, K&N breather, ICT billet coil brackets, Street Fire coils, CVF billet front runner serpentine pulley kit, CVF AC compressor, alternator, power steering pump with billet external reservoir tank, heavy duty aluminum radiator with electric fan and shroud, power 4 wheel disc brakes with drilled and slotted rotors, external vacuum pump, 4LE80 trans and mild convertor, set of stainless headers into 2 1/2 inch dual Flowmaster exhaust out the back with stainless mufflers, front suspension has been all updated with Hotchkis tubular upper and lower A-Arms, Hotchkis springs, 1 1/4 front sway bar, 12 bolt limited slip rear with 355 gear, Hotchkis upper and lower control arms, Hotchkis rear sway bar, Hotchkis adjustable Fox Tune rear shocks, new fuel tank with intake pump.
