This is a very nice 55 3100 pickup that has had a complete custom build, done in a very slick Torch Red, basecoat clearcoat, sanded and wheeled smooth, new tinted glass, window rubbers and felts, chrome door window frames, weather stripping, fuel tank has been removed from cab; custom fuel cell mounted in rear with flush mounted filler cap in bed floor, new side view mirrors, door handles, chrome grill, headlight bezels and parking lights, chromed front bumper, very nice Oak Wood bed, stainless fasteners, stainless tailgate chains, new stainless taillights, new chrome rear bumper.
Inside of cab, dash and dash trim have been re-finished, new up to date wiring, new instrument cluster, AM/FM/CD stereo nicely mounted under dash, custom lower dash shelf, GM tilt steering column, tach nicely mounted to column, billet steering wheel, updated with LoKar brake pedal, white custom leather interior, new visors, headliner, kick panels and door panels, rear of cab has also been upholster with speakers, seat has been redone and updated with seat belts, full custom carpet.
Under the hood we have a fresh 383 stroker, roller cam and rockers, Holley aluminum intake, dual feed Holley 4 barrel carb, updated with electronic ignition, chrome 80 amp alternator, finned aluminum valve covers and breather with K&N filter, heavy duty aluminum radiator with electric fan, billet recovery tank, set of long tube ceramic coated headers into 2 1/2 inch dual Flowmaster exhaust out the side with stainless tips; also has electric cutouts, this strong running 383 is backed up with a 700R4 overdrive trans, chassis has been nicely updated with a Camaro front-sub nicely graphed into the stock frame, front suspension has been completely redone, polyurethane bushings, 1 inch front sway bar, lowering springs all around, nicely updated with power steering, power 4 wheel disc brakes, posi rear end with 323 gear and disc brakes.
Rides on a set of new 17 inch “Ridler” wheels 17×8 all around with 225/50/17 up front and 235/55/17 out back.
