This is an “ABSOLUTLEY GORGEOUS”, “Show Quality” 67 El Camino Resto-Mod that has under gone a complete frame off, nut and bolt custom build, started out with a clean all original panel Kansas City car, done in “Show Quality” Tuxedo Black, basecoat clearcoat, sanded and wheeled smooth, slick as glass, straight as an arrow, all emblems and side moldings were removed for that slick look, has SS hood, all new light smoked glass, all new weather stripping and window felts, window stainless and bed stainless moldings are original and have been re-polished to a show finish, new door handles, new side view mirrors, new hood louvers, grill, hood molding, fender eyebrows and headlight bezels have all been replaced, original front bumper has been re-chromed, new taillight bezels and lens, original rear bumper has also been re-chromed, inside of bed has been rhino lined for durability.
Full custom red leather interior by Craig Willets, new wiring through out, dash complete refinished, new dash bezels, nicely outfitted with Vintage AC and heat, factory AC vents, nicely updated with Dakota digital dash – classic look which glows red, AM/FM stereo system with IPOD capability, IDIDIT tilt steering column with billet levers, Billet Specialties steering wheel wrapped in red leather, dash pad has been wrapped in red leather, nicely updated with power windows, custom headliner and visors, billet rear view mirror, custom door panels with stainless trim, rear panel behind seat has been nicely done with speakers, set of custom bucket seats; which are fully adjustable and recline, seat belts, custom center console with added AC vents, light up cup holders, hidden storage area and billet window switches, custom carpet and mats, new sill plates.
Under the hood we have a professionally built 6.0 LS2 with Texas Speed Stage 2 cam and upper end, Professional Products power PMS aluminum intake manifold, fuel rails and port injection, larger throttle body, custom dual air intake with Specter air intake filters, remote oil filter, custom EFI programming, factory low mount AC compressor, power steering, heavy duty aluminum radiator with dual electric fans, nicely updated with CPP power disc brakes, this strong running LS is backed up with 4L60E overdrive trans, lockup converter with 3000/3500 stall converter, remote trans cooler with fan nicely mounted above rear end, set of custom ceramic coated long tube headers into 3 inch mandrel bent Flowmaster exhaust out the back with “H” pipe, suspension has been completely updated with CPP disc brakes, drilled and slotted rotors, tubular upper and lower control arms, 1 1/8 front sway bar, Quick Steer steering box, 2 inch drop spindles, 1 inch lowering springs, 10 bolt posi rear with 355 gear, CPP fully adjustable tubular rear control arms, rear sway bar, new fuel tank and sending unit with in tank pump.
Rides on a set of Boyd Coddington wheels and Nitto G2’s all around, 17×8 up front with 235/45/17 and 18×9 out back with 275/35/18.
