SOLD SOLD – 1964 Pontiac GTO – Resto-Mod – PHS Docs

This is a very nice 64 GTO Resto-Mod done in slick Garnet Red Metallic, basecoat clearcoat, sanded and wheeled smooth, slick as glass, new tinted windshield; all other glass is factory soft-ray tint in very good condition, original window stainless in good condition, new weather stripping and window felts, new upper door stainless, new side view mirror, new door handles, original reconditioned grills and headlight bezels, re-chromed original front bumper, original wheel well moldings in excellent condition; as well as rocker moldings, all emblems look like new, original taillights and taillight housings in good condition, original re-chromed rear bumper.

Original black bucket seat console interior, original dash in good condition, nicely updated with AM/FM/Cassette stereo, pair of gauges nicely mounted under dash, original dash pad – no cracks, new headliner and sail panels, at time of restoration had new door panels, armrest and bases, front and rear seats have been reupholstered, updated with front and rear seatbelts, original center console in very good condition, has been slightly modified to fit the Tremec 5 speed, Hurst shifter handle, new carpet and floor mats, new sill plates.

Under the hood we have a Butler Performance 470 CID motor, Eagle rotating assembly, Comp cams, hydraulic roller cam, Edelbrock aluminum cylinder heads, rare Barry Grant Triple D six shooter Tri-Power set up, full MSD ignition, heavy duty radiator with 7 blade clutch fan and correct shroud, nicely updated with Hydroboost power steering and disc brakes, 2 inch drop front spindles , set of Hedman Husler long tube headers into 3 inch Flowmaster exhaust with X-pipe out the back and dual splitter tips, this strong 470 ci Pontiac is backed up with a Tremec 5 speed manual trans, hydraulic clutch, 10 bolt rear with Moser axles and Trick Flow girdle cover, 390 posi.

Rides on a set of US Mag Bandit 18×8 up front with 235/45/18 and 18×9 rear with 255/45/18
