SOLD SOLD – 1966 Chevrolet Impala SS – 4 speed

This is a very nice clean original panel California 66 Impala SS, done in “Show Quality” Tuxedo Black, basecoat clearcoat, sanded smooth, at time of repaint had new weather stripping and window felts, windshield had also been replaced; all other glass is factory tint in excellent condition, original window stainless in excellent condition, new side view mirrors and door handles, original emblems, hood molding, grill headlight bezels and fender eyebrow in excellent condition, re-chromed front bumper, original side moldings in excellent condition, new rocker spears, re-chromed tail light bezels and new lens, new deck lid emblem and molding, re-chromed original rear bumper.

Factory black bucket seat interior, dash in excellent condition, original dash pad – no cracks, factory in dash tach and gauge package, nicely outfitted with a direct-fit  AM/FM/Cassette radio, AutoMeter tach with shift light nicely mounted to column, original deluxe steering wheel in excellent condition, new headliner, sail panels and sun visors, original chrome garnish moldings in excellent condition, original front and rear door panels in excellent condition, front and rear seats have been custom upholstered in a cloth/vinyl mix, updated with front seat belts, original 4 speed center console with Hurst Competition Plus shifter in excellent condition, new carpet and floor mats.

Under the hood the original 327 has been replaced with a GM LS6 454, factory Winters Snowflake intake, Holley dual feed carb with electric choke, updated with electronic ignition, aluminum tall valve covers, chrome breather, updated with 80 amp alternator, aluminum pulleys and brackets, heavy duty radiator with dual electric fans, set of Hooker ceramic coated long tube headers into 2 1/2 inch dual Flowmaster exhaust out the back, power steering, nicely updated with front disc brakes and dual master cylinder, front suspension has been completely gone through; tie rods, ball joints, ect., this strong running 454 is backed up with a Muncie M21 4 speed with Hurst Competition Plus shifter, new clutch and pressure plate, 12 bolt posi rear with 355 gear, factory traction bar.

Rides on a set of custom made Chevy Rallys 15×7 up front and 15×10 rear with BF Goodrich TA Radials all around and police car center caps.

This “BAD ASS” Impala is ready to cruise, show and enjoy.
