SOLD SOLD – 1968 Chevrolet Camaro SS – Big Block

This is a clean 68 Camaro SS, done in a very nice Torch Red base coat clear coat, sanded and wheeled smooth, slick as glass, steel cowl hood, chin and deck spoiler, new tinted windshield; all other glass is factory original in excellent condition, original window stainless in excellent condition, window felts and weather stripping have been replaced, upper door garnish is original in excellent condition, new door handles, new side view mirror, original grill, grill moldings and head light bezels in very good condition, re-chromed front bumper, new emblems, new side markers, new wheel well and rocker moldings, original SS gas cap, new tail light housings, re-chromed rear bumper and bumperettes.

Black deluxe interior, original dash in good condition, AM/FM/Cassette radio, factory deluxe steering wheel, pair of gauges nicely mounted under dash, tach nicely mounted to column, new headliner, sun visors and sail panels, original deluxe front and rear door panels in excellent condition, original front and rear seat covers in excellent condition, factory front and rear seat belts with shoulder straps, original center console with correct staple shifter, carpet has been replaced, floor mats and new sill plates.

Under the hood the original motor has been replaced with a professionally built 454, 510 horse, comp cam, roller rockers, Pro-Comp aluminum intake, Holley dual feed 4 barrel carb, electronic ignition, billet aluminum valve covers, chrome breather, HiFlow aluminum water pump, updated with 1 wire 80 amp alternator, aluminum pulleys and brackets, chrome power steering pump, heavy duty aluminum radiator with electric fan, factory front disc brakes, front suspension has been gone through, set of Hedman ceramic coated long tube headers into 2 1/2 inch dual exhaust out the back in stock location with performance mufflers, this strong running 454 is backed up with a 350 turbo trans, 2800 stall speed convertor, 12 bolt posi rear with 355 gear, set of subframe connecters and set of Caltrac traction bars.

Rides on a set of factory Chevy Rally’s with flat caps and BF Goodrich TA Radials all around, 225/60/15 up front and 235/70/15 out back.
