Under the hood the original 396 has been replaced with a 68 396, 350 horse which has been rebuilt, Edelbrock aluminum intake, Edelbrock 4 barrel carb, updated with 1 wire 80 amp alternator, updated with electronic ignition, chrome valve covers and breather, heavy duty radiator with 6 blade fan and shroud, power steering, updated with power front disc brakes, front suspension has also been gone through, this strong running 396 is backed up with a Muncie M21 4 speed, Hurst Competition Plus shifter, new clutch and pressure plate, factory exhaust manifolds into 2 1/2 inch dual Flowmaster exhaust out the back in stock location, 12 bolt limited slip rear end with 331 gear, new fuel tank.
