This is a gorgeous clean California built 70 GTO 400, 4 speed, retains all original body panels and floors, done in a “Show Quality” Tuxedo Black base coat clear coat, wet sanded and wheeled smooth, slick as glass, straight as an arrow, Endura nose is in excellent condition – no cracks, chin spoiler, rear deck Judge wing, rear bumper has also been blackened to match the front Endura nose – for the slick look, new tinted windshield; all other glass is original factory tint in excellent condition, original window stainless in excellent condition, all weather stripping and window felts have been replaced, dual bullet sideview mirrors – driver side is remote, new door handles, new headlight bezels, original grills in excellent condition; as well as front marker lights, wheel well and rocker moldings look like new, new GTO decals.

Under the hood the original 400 has been replaced with a date correct GTO YS 400 motor, 330 horse, factory 4 barrel intake, original 4 barrel quadrajet carb, nicely updated with HEI electronic ignition, Edelbrock chrome valve cover’s and air cleaner, factory AC – which has been converted to R134, power steering, power front disc brakes, heavy duty cooling system with correct shroud and 7 blade clutch fan, factory cast iron RamAir headers into 2 1/2 inch dual Flowmaster exhaust out the back with correct twin tips, this strong running 400 is backed up with a Muncie M21 4 speed, new clutch, pressure plate, ect., retains its original 10 bolt posi rear end with 331 gear, F41 suspension package which includes boxed control arms and rear sway bar, new fuel tank.
Rides on a set of factory Rallye II’s with correct black dot lugs and PMD center caps, 235/60/15 up front and 255/60/15 out back with BF Goodrich TA Radials all around.
