This is a very clean, all original panel 68 Chevelle SS 396, #’s match – that has had the same owner the for past 21 years, done in a “Show Quality” Tuxedo Black with Red SS strip, base coat clear coat, sanded and wheeled smooth, black vinyl top, at time of restoration new tinted windshield; all other glass is factory tint in excellent condition, all window stainless is original in excellent condition, vinyl top in excellent condition, at time of restoration weather stripping and window felts where replaced, new door handles, original remote side view mirror, original grill, grill molding and head light bezels in excellent condition, original emblems and side markers, original side moldings in excellent condition, tail light bezels and tail panel moldings are original in very good condition, re-chromed front and rear bumpers; also optional bumper guards front and rear.

Factory black bench seat interior, original dash in excellent condition, original dash pad which looks like new, factory AC vents, factory working AM radio, factory original SS steering wheel, era correct tach nicely mounted to column, at time of restoration new headliner, sail panels and package tray, new front and rear door panels, new arm rest, front and rear seat covers, factory front and rear seat belts, new carpet and floor mats, original sill plates in excellent condition.

Under the hood we have the #’s match 396, 325 horse, factory original quadrajet 4 barrel carb and breather, original chrome valve covers, factory AC, heavy duty cooling system with correct shroud and fan, power steering, power disc brakes, factory exhaust manifolds into 2 1/2 inch dual Flowmaster exhaust out the back in stock location with chrome tips, this strong running 396 is backed up with its original #’s match 400 turbo trans, 12 bolt posi rear end with 331 gear, new fuel tank and sending unit.

Rides on a set of factory Rally wheels with flat caps, Coker Classic Redline Radials 215/75/15 up front and 235/75/15 rear.

Factory jack and spare, original title, Protect-O plate, owners manual, sales brochures and several other receipts.
