This is a very nice 72 Cheyenne short-box 454 that has undergone a recent restoration, done in a very nice Turquoise & White – 2 tone, new tinted windshield and rubber, new weather stripping and window felts, all other glass is original factory tint in very good condition, new side view mirrors, new door handles, grill surround appears to have been replaced in excellent condition, original grill, re-chromed front bumper, all upper and lower body side moldings are original in good condition, black rail type tonneau cover, original tailgate applique in excellent condition, taillight bezels and tailgate moldings have been replaced, new rear chrome Blazer bumper for that slicker look.
Complete interior has been redone, new dash bezel; as well as wood grain trim, factory gauge package which all work correctly, new dash pad, rare factory tilt steering, factory wheel, new headliner and visors, door panels appear to be original in excellent condition, new Houndstooth seat cover and foam, seatbelts for 3, new carpet and floor mats, new sill plates.
Under the hood we have an era correct 454 which arrears to have been rebuilt with mild cam, aluminum intake, Holley dual feed carb, chrome valve covers and breather, updated with electronic ignition, working factory AC, power steering, updated with heavy duty radiator with correct shroud and fan, factory power front disc brakes, set of long tube headers into 2 1/2 inch dual Flowmaster exhaust out the back with stainless tips, this strong running 454 is backed up with a 700R4 overdrive trans and lock-up convertor, front suspension has been completely gone through, updated with 2 inch drop spindles, has also been nicely updated with heavy duty front sway bar, out the back we have a 12 bolt posi rear with 323 gear, 4 inch lowering coils, nicely updated with a heavy duty rear sway bar.
Rides on a set of new “REV” Classics and BF Goodrich TA Radials, 15×7 up front with 235/70/15 and 15×8 rear with 275/60/15.
Everything on this truck works as it should. Ready to cruise and enjoy.
